I am pretty sure that those three little symbols release endorphins...it means, "oh someone thought about me!" or "someone has something to say to me!" You could have won a million dollars, someone perhaps has a great story, joke, or youtube video to share with you. All is possible when you see those red dots with numbers in them appear on your screen.
I liked this facebook picture and feel it tells the truth. :)
What're your thoughts? What do you think when you see those numbers get high when you open facebook?
haha i love your post. i agree that is the first place my eyes go, just in case my "person of interest" has realized i finally exist! and i love to see that people like my pictures etc etc. but at the same time i have to say that i never really feel like its real or sincere. i mean dont get me wrong i like those three little symbols but only when they are followed by real life action. i would much rather have my personal of interest talk to me face to face, or have someone tell me they like my hair on the day i did it. you know... so yes i love them, but i dont think they really ever mean the same as a sincere interaction. but yay for facebook it sometimes provides opportunity for such meetings to occur ;)
